Welcome to 2021 School Year

We are very excited to begin the school year and welcome all students back for what is going to be a positive and engaging year of learning and development. I would like to extend an extra special welcome to our 2021 prep students and their families and new families joining us for the first time.

I have included a link below to a welcome video that is in lieu of a welcome assembly. At this stage we will not be able to have parents and carers in attendance for assemblies due to covid restrictions around density limits. Once these change we will be able to welcome parents and carers to attend school assemblies.

On the topic of procedures in place due to covid implications, and whilst it is covered in the video I did also want to highlight some of the key procedures that are in place.
  • Parents and carers are welcome to come onsite for pick up and drop off however no parents or carers are permitted to enter into the classroom.
  • During pick up and drop off parents and carers will be able to remain onsite for no longer than 15 minutes.

I appreciate your support with these procedures as we all work together to provide a safe environment for everyone in our community.

I look forward to seeing Grade 1-6 students tomorrow and our Prep cohort on Monday. Classes begin at 9.00am however teachers will be in their rooms welcoming students from 8.50am

Kind Regards
Ben Russell
