Welcome to Sydenham-Hillside Primary School's website. I hope this site gives you a real flavour of what to expect at our school and a better understanding of the variety of programs and services we have to offer.
Sydenham-Hillside Primary School is a unique dual-campus school situated at Sydenham and Hillside in Melbourne, Victoria. Both campuses provide a challenging and comprehensive curriculum in vibrant, modern and welcoming facilities. We work together to ensure that all children at both campuses have access to a comprehensive education. We offer specialist teachers in the areas of Library, The Arts, Computers, LOTE and PE.
Every student has the opportunity to know each teacher, and all teachers feel it is their responsibility to help every child. We have a strong feeling of community which we highly value and we want you to know that you are an important part of this community. The children help in building and maintaining this feeling through their behaviour, their work, and by telling their parents about the many activities they are involved in during the day.

First day of school for students in Grades 1 to 6 is Friday, 3 February 2012.
First day of school for students commencing Prep is Monday, 5 February 2012.
